Fun facts about Caroline
My career began as a Registered Dietitian offering trauma-informed care for eating disorders. I realized people needed more somatic approaches to their dysregulated and overstimulated nervous systems. And once my ADHD brain found quiet through sound healing, it became my own personal medicine. And now, I share this incredibly healing modality with others.

Solace & Sound was created from a deep belief that healing begins when we feel safe enough to rest. As an ISTA Certified Therapeutic Sound Practitioner, I use sound, vibration, and intentional presence to create restorative experiences that support the mind, body, and spirit — gently guiding you back to balance and connection.
I offer individualized meditative sound baths at my home studio, but I also love to come to you -- whether you're wanting a zen girls' night, a corporate wellness event, or you own a yoga studio that desires a unique sound bath event, you've come to the right place.
